 | Ryan J. More, President
Mr. More started Sterling Jet, Inc. with a vision of helping aircraft buyers meet their needs through a friend they can trust. He was raised in Ft. Myers, Florida and has been interested in aviation since the age of nine. Since that time, Ryan has studied and emersed himself in his chosen field. After graduation from high school, he attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida and graduated on the Dean's List. In addition to his degree and flight training, Mr. More served as an intern at a major airline in their flight standards and training department. While there he received additional training in high altitude operations from NASA, as well as defensive flying and safety from Houston Center. After college, Mr. More was a flight instructor gathering valuable experience. Shortly after, he was hired as a corporate pilot and flight department manager for an aircraft brokerage in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position peaked his interest in the sale and management of private and corporate aircraft. Upon leaving for an airline pilot position, Ryan realized that it was time to take his knowlege and experience and form Sterling Jet, Inc. He brings the knowledge that only a person who has personally flown and managed these types of aircraft can bring.  | Kip W. Griner, Vice President
Mr. Griner has a wealth of experience, both in sales and his knowledge of aircraft and flight operations. He holds two college degrees, one in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and the other in Forestry Mangement. Mr. Griner has been flying for many years and understands the needs of our clients from an operational perspective. Prior to joining Sterling Jet, Kip was an instructor and airline captain. Mr. Griner was raised in Southern Georgia where he met his wife. They have two daughters to keep them busy at home. Kip has very strong values and will represent your interests to the fullest extent. Chris Ortiz, Vice President Sales & MarketingMr. Ortiz brings to Sterling Jet, Inc. several years of aviation flying and operations experience having flown as: captain in the commercial airlines, captain in charter carriers and captain in corporate aviation industries. He holds two degrees, one in Biology and the other in Chemistry which enabled him to pursue his real love of flying. He obtained his pilots license upon graduating college through civilian flight training, working as a Gold Seal flight instructor and later Chief Pilot. He has 18 years experience in the field of aviation bringing with him extensive training and direct experience in aircraft systems and maintenance, aircraft utilization/cost management, mountain flying, aircraft accident investigations. In addition, while flying as a Corporate Captain he gained critical experience being responsible for the purchasing of several aircrafts in his corporate position. This opportunity enabled him to learn the sales and brokering business from the inside in addition to developing strong contacts and relationships throughout the aviation industry.
